Chocolate ice cream

A simple chocolate ice cream recipe with just a few ingredients, no ice cream maker, and a very smooth texture – no ice crystals.

  • 500 g double cream

Whip the cream to medium peaks and set it aside.

  • 400 g Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 30 g Cocoa

  • 200 g 55% Chocolate

Melt the chocolate and mix it with the other two ingredients. Fold in the whipped cream in 2–3 additions, and the ice cream is ready… after at least 6 hours in the freezer.

I added chopped chocolate on top for extra texture. I liked it!
