Homemade Fruit Ice Cream

Fruit ice cream, with just… 3 ingredients this time! A simple fruit ice cream recipe, no machine needed and very smooth.

For… a little over 1 kg of ice cream:

  • 500 g Whipping Cream
Whip the cream to medium peaks and set it aside (in the fridge if you know you’ll take a bit longer before using it).

  • 400 g Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 200 g Fruit (purée if you have it)

Combine the condensed milk with the fruit purée using a whisk. I used blueberry purée, for a nice color!

If you don’t have purée, you can cook the same amount of fruit with a tablespoon of sugar and use it like that (if you want larger fruit pieces in the ice cream), or blend it and even strain it if you want a smoother texture.

Fold the whipped cream in two additions, and the ice cream is ready! You just need to freeze it for at least 6 hours.

Before serving, leave it at room temperature for 5 minutes so it’s easier to scoop.
